Description of the position:

• work on site and in the field
• organization and supervision of construction works
• investment supervision (quality, timeliness, acceptance documentation, monitoring of own work and work of subcontractors)
• analysis of investment documentation (bills of quantities, cost estimates, documentation of consortium members and subcontractors)
• monitoring of construction costs (personal and material settlements)

We expect:

• higher technical education
• experience in the construction industry on the same or similar position
• MS Office (Excel) and AutoCad support
• driving license, B cat.
• accuracy in carrying out tasks
